Pénélope - DK Weight Yarn
De Rerum Natura's Albertine is a wonderfully round, 6-ply yarn. Its 90% organic Merinos d'Arles (France) and 10% mulberry silk (China) are worsted spun near Biella, Italy, then dyed in France.
This smooth and supple DK-weight yarn is one of our favorites for knitting garments and accessories alike.
The silk brings a subtle shine to the bouncy and fine 21.5 micron, organic French merino, while the softness of the merino is suitable for knitting for babies and children. The finished fabric is super smooth and luxurious, perfect for next to skin wear.
