Comfort Silk Linen - Fingering weight yarn

The result of years of dreaming of our ideal summer yarn, Comfort Silk Linen is our daily workhorse for lightweight knits. 

• Wool and silk provide thermal regulation, while linen adds even more breathability.
• 50% wool means that it has plenty of bounce back and knits up nearly like a full wool yarn, while still maintaining its summer yarn qualities with silk and linen. 
• This yarn is fingering weight, but has plenty of "bloom."
• 22.5 micron count Merino makes it next to skin friendly for summer garments, accessories, blankets, and baby knits alike. 
• The silk and linen take up the dye differently from the Merino, creating a slightly heathered appearance and a lot of depth when the fabric is worked up. 
• Slubs of silk add a pop of sheen to the finished fabric.
