If you missed out on this button earlier, you can also access it through the order page on your Customer Account Page.

We are able to provide support for pattern questions only. An example of questions we cannot answer are "How come I can't print this pattern?"

We source products based on a variety of criteria, including ethics, fair labor, and prioritizing smaller businesses.

All of our wool products are guaranteed mulesing free, and additional certifications for each products for fair trade or organic status are available on each product listing.

All Aimee Sher Designs patterns graded for adults are size inclusive.

Garment patterns come in sizes graded no more than 4"/10 cm apart, and span at least 30"-60" / 152.5 cm for actual full bust measurements.

Patterns published since the start of 2023 have expanded sizing ranges, depending on the pattern, up to 66" / 167.5 cm full bust.

All adult sized garment patterns published since 2023 also feature optional bust darts for those who need more room in the front. Shop the Bust Darts Collection.

Every pattern published here has been tested across a wide range of bodies, and most garden pattern pages provide a link to the tester projects so you can preview the pattern on a variety of people.

All patterns are fully tech edited before and after testing.

Shipping within the US: your order will likely ship via USPS. All packages are insured.

All orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days, but may take up to 2 business weeks to fulfill during extremely busy periods, such as major collection launches or holidays.

We offer standard shipping via USPS, DHL, and economy shipping.

Economy shipping rates are calculated by total package weight, as follows (listed in USD):

• 1/2 lb: $14.99
• 1 lb: $18.99
• 2 lb: $22.99
• 3 lb: $29.99
• 4 lb: $38.99

Please note that all customers are responsible for any import duties or customs, and for responding to any notifications from your local customs office.

We do not ship any consumable items, such as our teas, internationally.

All of our patterns are digital patterns and fulfilled upon payment. You may access your pattern downloads at any time in your customer account page.

Due to the nature of our products, purchases for digital patterns cannot be refunded once they are made.

We offer exchanges or store credit for products that arrived damaged or have a manufacturing defect.

To start a return, email us at shop@aimeeshermakes.com with your order number and return request. If your return is approved, we will send you a Prepaid Return Label.

Pack your return the same way it arrived.

You will receive an email confirmation when the return is processed.
