Taiwan Alpine Black Tea Milk

Made in California by Formosa Chocolates, this milk chocolate bar is infused with Taiwanese Alpine Black Tea. 

The tea is sourced from Hwa Gung Tea in Taichung, a family owned business now in its 5th generation, dating back to the Japanese occupation in 1918. They are an internationally recognized award-winning tea company.

The bar has a rich and sweet aftertaste with a unique black tea astringency, with notes of fruity, wood, and alpine flowers. 

Here at Aimee Sher Makes, we think that this particular bar is more tea forward than any of our other bars. 

From the months of October through April, this bar ships in an insulated mailer in a box for security.
