Iyokan Chocolate Bar

Iyokan is one of our delightful culinary discoveries this year.  It is a Japanese citrus that is wonderfully fragrant.  The peels in our bars are candied with beet sugar and millet jelly, and are not too sweet.  We found that this pairs beautifully with the house 70% dark chocolate in this bar. It would pair beautifully with a cup of oolong tea.
